Goole Museum's collections include: marine paintings by Reuben Chappell and other 'Pierhead Painters'; shipbuilding and other trades; domestic life, including costume and textiles and historic photographs of Goole and the surrounding area. This website provides online access to some of these resources.

Goole Museum is on the first floor of the library building fronting the clock tower roundabout at the junction with Carlisle Street, in the town centre. Car parking is available close to the museum, either in the square behind Estcourt Street at the side of the building, or three minutes' walk away adjacent to the Leisure Centre in North Street. The railway and bus stations are both within five minutes' easy walking distance.
